  Payment details – billing ZIP, transaction ID (card numbers stay with our payment processor).
• Photos & videos captured at your event.
• Website usage data – IP address, device, the pages you visit (via cookies and analytics tools).

3. How we use your information

• Confirm and manage your booking, process payments, send invoices and reminders.
• Set up your event (templates, backdrops, questionnaires).
• Deliver your online gallery and request reviews.
• Improve our Site, prevent fraud, keep systems secure.
• Send occasional marketing emails only if you’ve opted in—unsubscribe any time.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business—payment processors, booking software, email-marketing and analytics platforms, cloud hosting.
• Independent booth attendants who work your event (they sign confidentiality agreements).
• Authorities if a law, court order or tax obligation requires it.

• Enquiry records (no booking) – deleted after 18 months.
• Booking & transaction records – kept 7 years for tax purposes.
• Event galleries – stored 12 months, or deleted sooner upon request.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Card data is handled exclusively by a PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. We use strong passwords, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. Parents may contact us to delete any data unintentionally captured.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll post an updated date at the top and, for active clients, email a 30-day notice.
